There are many ways to make sparkling wine. At MULL°, our goal is to craft natural, chemical-free drinks that people genuinely enjoy. Naturally, we don’t use any artificial aromas, colors, or additives in our process. All our drinks are either dry or semi-dry, and always delightfully bubbly.

Everything we create is made in harmony with nature. It’s the local Estonian ingredients that make our sparkling wines taste so uniquely special. By doing so, we celebrate everything our land has to offer and support local apple and berry growers.

That’s how we achieve sparkling wines with pure, crisp, and honest flavors—featuring striking rhubarb, bold raspberry, sweet strawberry, and delicate apple. In recent years, rhubarb has become the most popular ingredient of them all.

Rhubarb and Rhubarb Sparkling Wine are truly the Queen of Estonian Sparkling Wines

Rhubarb is not called the Queen of Estonian gardens for nothing. You know it well—rhubarb is the very first to poke its head through the soil in spring, unbothered by chilly nights and unashamed of its bold, lush presence. Making sparkling wine from rhubarb is an exciting process that has more than proven itself. A delicately pink hue, cheerful bubbles, and a joyful mood are always guaranteed.

Did you know that we produce over 25,000 bottles of rhubarb sparkling wine every year? Besides our fans here in Estonia, we also have passionate followers abroad, which is why we export our wines to several countries—the furthest so far being Australia.

And here’s something special: in addition to our classic pink rhubarb sparkling wine, we’ve also started crafting a white rhubarb edition. This one is made from lighter rhubarb stalks, giving the wine a pale, elegant color reminiscent of white wine.

Alongside our hugely popular MULL° Rhubarb sparkling wine, we also create Fresca, a sparkling strawberry wine, and Scandalous Raspberry, a sparkling raspberry wine born in collaboration with the magazine Kroonika.

For the Strawberry Sparkling Wine FRESCA, people often think it’s a sweet sparkling wine. Totally wrong! FRESCA is semi-sweet—in other words, actually semi-dry. We crafted it in the summer of 2020, back when the government was giving strawberry growers a hard time. Remember that story? What’s also important is that Estonian strawberries really taste like strawberries—they have the real aroma, flavor, and perfect natural sweetness.So, Strawberry Sparkling Wine FRESCA is our way of supporting and honoring all the hardworking Estonian farmers and berry growers, our partners across the country, and to bring joy to all of you. Raspberry = MULL° Scandalous Raspberry

Scandalous Raspberry was born in 2020, when Kroonika magazine and Ekspress Grupp asked us to create a festive and delightful sparkling wine they could pour in streams at their glamorous events. The result was so good that we decided to ask Selver and Rimi to put it on their sparkling wine shelves, so everyone could get a taste of the scandal we bottled. This raspberry sparkling wine is semi-dry and a wonderfully light, summery, and celebratory drink. As far as we know, the young lady with bare legs on the label hasn’t stopped any men from putting it in their shopping cart—but of course, it’s absolutely a favorite among our beloved women.
